By automating the fulfillment process, reducing the number of people involved, minimising handling of the goods and shipping only once, we save you money.
- Orders are processed on the day that payment clears.
- We try to dispatch items on the same day if possible.
- We normally achieve deliveries to the North Island within 3 working days.
- Deliveries to the South Island can take a little longer, up to 5 days.
Note that delivery to very rural areas might take a day or two longer.
Our commitment to customer service doesn’t end with the delivery of course.
After-Sales Service
All products carry manufacturers or importers warranties. Service is provided locally through nationwide networks of service engineers. Your invoice should be retained as proof of purchase and the date and invoice number quoted in any warranty claim.
To make a warranty claim, simply dial one of the numbers below. Be sure to have your invoice handy in order to be able to provide the following information: -
- Where purchased
- Appliance model number
- Date of purchase
- Invoice number
