To buy a product on Special or to buy a custom deal, just follow the simple steps below
- Decide which payment method you prefer from the options below.
- E-mail us with your order and preferred method of payment. Include your full delivery address and a daytime phone number (preferably a cellphone).
- We will E-Mail you a GST invoice a.s.a.p.
- On receipt of your invoice, make your payment by your preferred method.
- We will inform you when the payment clears and ship your goods for delivery without delay.
Please note that delivery usually takes 2 to 3 days for North Island and 3-5 days for South Island, but it can take a little longer for for some remote areas or during adverse climate conditions.

Payment by Direct Credit or Internet Banking
Customers paying for Combo Deals pay by Direct Credit. When you place your order we will send an invoice with payment instructions. Our bank details for payment are below:

Please note that paying by cheque involves delay whilst the cheque is delivered by post and whilst it clears.
Payment By Credit Card
When you take your shopping cart to checkout, you will automatically be offered the choice of paying by credit card.
For our Specials prices and Custom Deals, there is a surcharge for credit card payment. Our special deal prices are so sharp that we have to pass on part of the credit card transaction fee to the customer.
Therefore a surcharge of 2.5% is levied on all these deals.

Credit card payments are made through the secure Paymate gateway. After you get your invoice with the final price, simply click on the Paymate logo to be taken to the Paymate secure server, where you can choose which credit card you prefer to use, Visa or Mastercard only. Complete the form, entering the details of your purchase and the correct amount. A couple of clicks and you’re done.
