• We keep our costs to a minimum.
• We don’t employ sales staff.
• We don’t operate expensive shops.
• Where possible we only ship once - from warehouse to your door.
• We avoid overpriced brands and concentrate on those offering quality and value.
• We avoid time consuming (expensive) problems by only selling products that are reliable and properly supported.

Q:  What about quality?
A:  The goods we sell are made in many of the same factories that make appliances for the global brands.

• We sell appliances that either carry or might otherwise carry the badges of the major overseas brands.
• We deal directly with the importers and only take products that are fully warranted and supported with spare parts.
• We are proud of our products and only offer goods that we truly believe offer great quality and value.

Q:  When will my purchase be delivered?
A:  We aim to ship goods as soon as payment is received and to minimise delivery delays.

• North Island deliveries are normally 1-3 working days following cleared funds.
• South Island deliveries are normally 3-5 days after cleared funds.
• Some rural addresses might take a day or two longer.

Q:  What about after sales service?
A:  All our products are fully warranted for up to 5-years. Service engineers are available nationwide - wherever you are.*

Q:  What do I do if I have a problem with an appliance?
A:  Just complete the online form and we’ll arrange for a service engineer to make contact with you to arrange a suitable time to call.

Q:  Where can I see the appliances?
A:  Many items can be viewed in retail outlets around the country. We plan to have our own showrooms too. More
