Larger items are sent by road freight will have the telephone number you provided so the delivery guys can contact you to arrange a suitable time. Smaller items are sent by courier who should leave a card for you if you are not home when they call. If the driver cannot contact you for any reason, your delivery could be delayed.
Note that your items might not arrive together. Depending on the products you have ordered, they might be sent separately and by different freight companies or couriers.

When the delivery guys turn up they will ask you to sign a docket confirming that you received the goods in good condition. Please be sure to follow the following procedure when receiving the items:
CHECK THE PACKAGING FOR DAMAGE.
- IF POSSIBLE, OPEN THE PACKAGING TO INSPECT THE CONTENTS.
- IF YOU CANNOT FOR ANY REASON INSPECT THE CONTENTS, SIGN FOR AS ‘NOT CHECKED’.
- IF THE PACKAGING IS DAMAGED, SIGN AS ‘PACKAGING DAMAGED’.
- IF YOU SUSPECT THAT THE CONTENTS ARE DAMAGED, REFUSE TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY AND RETURN IT.
PLEASE DO NOT SIGN FOR THE GOODS AS RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE OF THIS.
IN ANY EVENT, CHECK THE CONTENTS OF THE PACKAGING WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIPT AND NOTIFY US OF ANY HIDDEN DAMAGE IMMEDIATELY. Please also provide photographs of the damage to the item and also, if applicable, to the packaging. Thank you.
Please be aware that if you do not follow this procedure, we may not be able to replace goods that are later reported as damaged.
